TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARETE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

Training plans generated for you are for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections covering limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, and indemnification survive termination.
ARETE offers auto-renewing subscriptions processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable store to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court for intellectual property violations or unauthorized access.
